I am Clare Bennett, psychological astrologer, therapeutic coach, and founder of Temple Divine in Glasgow. I work with people who feel life deeply. The sensitive ones. The courageous ones. The people who know there’s more to this journey than what meets the eye.
At Temple Divine, I’ve created a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe, and remember who you are. My own path of transformation has taught me something important: the hardest seasons often carry the greatest potential for renewal. That belief shapes everything I do.

In January 2017 I delivered a TEDx talk. Speaking from the Heart: How I Broke Free from Scotland’s Emotionally Repressed Society. It was both terrifying and liberating in equal measure.
I speak openly about my own journey from self-loathing to self-love, challenging the social norms that leave us stuck and disconnected. I believe we can create real social change through honesty, vulnerability and speaking from the heart.
