You can. Your natal chart is a map of the energies at the moment you were born, from the position of the planets, the signs they’re in, and how they’re relating to each other.

I often think of the chart as an assembly of planets sitting around a table, talking to each other. And they represent important parts of you. 

Some want to cuddle up, some want to shake things up, some want to read and think alone, some want to talk endlessly. Some support each other, while others compete for what they want and need.

It can be a bit like trying to keep everyone around the table happy. Not always easy… and not always possible. Ideally, though, each part gets its moment to be seen and expressed.

This course will help you understand what each part of you needs.  

Astrology Essentials is designed for complete beginners, but we won’t be skimming the surface.

We’ll start with the foundations of Psychological Astrology… bringing together astrology, depth psychology and some mythology.

We’ll use your own birth chart as a living example, so you can see the astrology in your own life.

• The different parts of you… and what they need to feel fully alive, safe and fulfilled
• What lights you up, what challenges you, and what you’re here to develop
• Your natural gifts, patterns and of course… the contradictions we all have
• How the parts of your psyche interact… and yes, let’s liberate the dormant parts.

You’ll develop a language for understanding the human psyche, including your own.

How we’ll learn

This is a live, interactive course. You won’t just be sitting passively watching recordings. 
We are going to jump right in and learn together. 

There’ll be teaching, discussion, reflection, questions and practical chart-interpretation.
You’ll work with your own chart, as well as learning to interpret charts of others.

My aim is that by the end of the course, you don’t just know what the planets, signs and houses mean.

I want you to be able to look at a chart and interpret it with confidence.
