APPRECIATE THE MAGIC ALREADY PRESENT IN YOUR LIFE!

At times we can all focus on what we feel is ‘missing’ from our lives, often comparing ourselves to others.

When we do this, it becomes more challenging to feel good about ourselves and our lives.

Cultivating an attitude of gratitude is a rapid and powerful way to improve your mood and build emotional resilience, but it’s often easier said than done. If you would love to spend more time appreciating you and your life, then this day is for you!

True authenticity isn’t always appreciated in many social circles, leaving many of usplaying characters or only showing parts of who we truly are through fear of judgment.

You don’t have to do that with us. You arewarmly invited to this social gathering with a difference, to enjoy engaging in open and meaningful conversations, with like-minded people in the relaxed atmosphere of Soulsa Café, Glasgow.

You can participate in conversations that are free from the social pressures or restrictions you tend to find elsewhere, and can enjoy exploring deeper topics that interest you. See you there!

Self-Love Club

Self-Love is the foundation from which we build our whole lives, but most of us have never been taught how to love ourselves. On top of that we are bombarded with societal messages of ‘you’re not good enough’ so it’s no wonder we can be left feeling empty inside. Self-Love Club is the perfect antidote to all of that! It’s apositive, relaxing and supportive space where you can enjoy self-love activities that will inspire open conversations with like-minded people. You will give yourself the time and space that you need torelax, you can honour what is happening within you and give yourself permission to be exactly as you are, free from judgement. It’s OK to not be OK.

Let’s build loving connections from the inside out.

Celebrating Sensitivity

If you have ever felt ‘too sensitive’ this workshop is for you. Join like-hearted sensitives to explore what it means to be highly sensitive, and fully awaken to the potential of this powerful gift within you. You may already see your sensitivity as a strength, but perhaps aspects of society have taught you that the opposite is true, leaving you feeling unseen, undervalued and misunderstood. Perhaps you have been called ‘too sensitive’. You may feel overwhelmed by how intensely you feel the world.Maybe you avoid feeling your feelings and stuff them down using unhealthy coping mechanisms.You may even feel so embarrassed and ashamed of your sensitivity that you hide it away. Perhaps it’s not you but someone close to you who is sensitive and you’d like to be able to offer more support.
